Is there an age limit? »

Yes. 11 to play by yourself. Younger than that and you can play while being accompanied by an older friend or relative. They can play also as long their primary concern is the younger ones safety.

Does it hurt? »

Short answer is yes it stings, Most say it feels like getting pinched. Ultimately though it is the perfect consequence. It hurts enough to not want to get shot but not enough to not play. Since 2003 we've never had someone stop playing because it hurt too much, not even little kids.

Can I come out without a group?

Promotions are only valid during the specified dates on www.AmericanCombatLeagues.com only. Any 3rd party or reseller vendor or site promotion(s) will not be honored or accepted by American Combat Leagues, as such promotion(s) are only valid through their respective 3rd party or reseller site(s).

American Combat Leagues promotions are not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Each promotion only applies to the specified product or products. Promotion is not retroactive and doesn't apply to previous purchases. American Combat Leagues reserves the right to alter or change promotions at any time.

What about food and drinks?

All sales terms set out the full extent of our obligations & liabilities in respect to the sale of any American Combat Leagues product(s) to Customer. Except for the express limited warranty for the product(s) purchased, American Combat Leagues disclaims any implied warranty, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaims any special, incidental, or consequential damages as to all products and components. We shall not be liable for any economic losses, loss of data, performance decreases, injury, fatality, permanent disability, disability, temporary disability, loss of work, loss of goodwill or reputation, or for any special, indirect, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising from any direct or indirect usage of any American Combat Leagues product(s). American Combat Leagues further disclaims any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility for or defects in workmanship caused by third parties or reseller vendors or sites or modifications made to the products by such 3rd parties or resellers or customer(s) themselves. American Combat Leagues further disclaims all liability and damages of any kind related to use of products in any manner which is not consistent with the product’s intended use. American Combat Leagues further disclaims all liability and damages of any kind related to or resultant from participating in any type of activity while using any American Combat Leagues product(s).

Do you have a meeting or party room?

If any provision or provisions of these sales terms shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
